Technology for education
Web and mobile platforms that simplify enrollment and student management — for students, faculty, and administrators.
School operations, organized and accessible
Schools run on records — students, faculty, grades, schedules, attendance. We build the platforms that keep those records accurate, up to date, and accessible anytime, so enrollment and reporting stop being paperwork.
Our enrollment and school management work lets students register and access academic information easily, while faculty and staff manage schedules, track progress, and handle administrative tasks efficiently — supporting a smooth, organized school operation.

Standards we design and build to
Systems we deliver can be architected to support the applicable requirements — including the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), GDPR, ISO 27001 controls and sector-specific security requirements.
ITDC Systems is ISO/IEC 27001 certified across our full operations, including infrastructure services. The other items listed are frameworks and standards we design and build to on client engagements, not certifications ITDC holds. See our credentials →
Frequently asked questions
What does an online enrolment system have to handle that a form does not?
Concentrated load. Enrolment traffic arrives across a few days each term and then disappears, so the system has to hold up under a peak it will not see again for months. It also has to enforce prerequisites, section limits and payment status at the moment of registration rather than validating afterwards.
Can a student information system work alongside our existing records?
Yes. Existing records are normally migrated with a reconciliation report, so discrepancies are visible before go-live rather than discovered during the first term. Integration with whatever the institution already uses for finance or assessment is preferable to replacing those systems as a precondition.
Who is allowed to see a student's grades?
Role-based access decides that, and it should be specified before build: faculty encode for their own sections, students view their own record, registrars see the full set. Student records are personal information under RA 10173, so the access model and audit trail are compliance artefacts rather than conveniences.
Does the platform have to work on a phone?
In practice, yes. For most students the phone is the only device, and enrolment and grade viewing are the two things they will do on it. Responsive web or a progressive web app covers this without requiring an app-store download at the busiest point of the term.
Has ITDC delivered this before?
Yes — an online enrolment and school management platform for City College of Calapan, covering registration, student information, faculty and staff records, grade encoding, class scheduling and attendance reporting. The case study sets out the scope and the delivery in detail.
