Credentials, security and delivery record
ISO/IEC 27001 certified. AWS Partner Network member. Eighteen client organizations and thirteen documented projects across Philippine provinces, cities, municipalities and enterprises — every one of them named on this site, with the work we did for them.
What we bring to a delivery
Software and infrastructure under one contract
We deliver the application and the fiber, cabling, connectivity, firewalls, CCTV and command-center infrastructure beneath it. Clients get one accountable party across the whole stack rather than a software vendor pointing at a cabling contractor.
Security designed in from the first workshop
Access model, audit trail, encryption, backup and recovery objectives are agreed during architecture, not retrofitted before go-live. Every system we hand over can answer who changed what, and when.
Independent of every platform vendor
We implement on AWS, Microsoft Azure and SAP without a reseller quota or channel target behind the recommendation. What we propose is what your requirement calls for.
A record you can check line by line
Eighteen client organizations and thirteen projects are published on this site by name, with what we built for each. Nothing on these pages depends on you taking our word for it.
Independently certified information security
Our information security management is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, with a scope covering our full operations rather than a single office or function.
| Credential | Status | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| ISO/IEC 27001 | Certified | Information security management certification covering our full operations, including infrastructure services — not a single site or function. Certificate number, certifying body and the full scope statement are provided on request and with any procurement submission that requires them. |
| AWS Partner Network | Member | ITDC Systems is a member of the AWS Partner Network, which gives our engineers access to AWS technical enablement, training and architecture resources. It is a membership rather than a resale agreement: we hold no AWS sales quota, so an AWS recommendation from us is an architecture decision, not a channel target. |
| Individual certifications | Per engagement | Certifications held by the specific engineers assigned to your project are disclosed in the CVs submitted with each proposal, where the procurement requires them. |
Published, named and checkable
Most vendors publish a project count. We publish the projects.
Eighteen named clients
Twelve government organizations — provinces, cities, municipalities and a state college — and six private-sector clients including Toyota Financials Philippines, Schneider Philippines and CHG Global, operator of the World Balance brand.
See the client listThirteen documented projects
Citizen identity, legislative tracking, permits and licensing, incident management, city digitalization, tourism, network and command-center infrastructure, SAP HANA, analytics, fixed assets, learning platforms, managed print and college enrollment.
Read the case studiesSeven years of continuity
Operating since 2019 as a subsidiary of Emigo Solutions Incorporated, with clients who come back for a second and third system — three LGUs run the same legislative platform, and Elite Global Sourcing engaged us twice.
Our story and milestonesBuilt into every system we deliver
These are the controls that ship with our work, described precisely enough that your security team can assess them against your own standard.
| Access control | Role-based access on every system we deliver, least-privilege by default, and named accounts rather than shared logins. Administrative functions are separated from day-to-day operator functions, which is what makes the audit trail meaningful. |
|---|---|
| Encryption | TLS for data in transit on all public endpoints. Encryption at rest for databases, file storage and backup media wherever the hosting platform provides it. |
| Audit trails | Who changed what, and when, recorded for the records that matter — legislative documents, permits, citizen records, assets and financial transactions. Written to be tamper-evident and retained to the client’s retention rule. |
| Backup & recovery | Scheduled backups with a documented restore procedure, and a recovery objective agreed with the client before go-live rather than assumed afterwards. |
| Secure development | Code review before release, dependency and framework patching, secrets kept out of source control, and separate credentials for development, staging and production. |
| Clean handover | Seeded, demo and developer accounts are removed before handover, and the client receives an account inventory. Administrative access never depends on ITDC still being engaged. |
Designed to the law that applies to you
| Philippine Data Privacy Act | Republic Act 10173 and its Implementing Rules govern the systems we build for Philippine clients. Personal data handling, retention and subject rights are designed against it from the start. |
|---|---|
| Sector and international requirements | Where a client is subject to GDPR, PCI DSS or a sector-specific regime, we design to that requirement during architecture and document how the system supports it. |
| Data residency | Hosting location is a client decision made during architecture, not a default. We host in-country wherever the requirement or the procurement calls for it. |
| Controller and processor | For client systems the client organization is the personal information controller; ITDC acts as processor or service provider under the terms of the engagement. |
Frameworks and standards we design and build to on client engagements.
Where we have actually deployed
Enterprise platforms
SAP ERP implementation and support across four enterprise clients, an SAP HANA implementation with AWS cloud migration, and a fixed asset system integrated directly into a client’s SAP environment.
Public cloud
We build and deploy on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, and have executed a production SAP migration onto AWS with testing, staff training and support through the transition.
On-premise and physical
Much government work is on-premise by requirement. We have delivered fiber backbone, structured cabling, remote-office connectivity, firewalls, PABX, CCTV and a CDRRMO command center.
Platforms we build on, deploy to and integrate with. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Accredited, and still vendor-neutral
We are a member of the AWS Partner Network, which keeps our engineers current on AWS architecture and tooling. It is a membership, not a resale agreement — we hold no sales quota with AWS, Microsoft, SAP or any other platform vendor. What we recommend is what your requirement calls for, and if the right answer is a platform we would earn nothing from, that is still the answer you get.
Where a tender requires an accredited vendor partner or a certified supplier, we tell you at the outset rather than after award. Certifications held by the engineers assigned to your project are disclosed in the CVs submitted with each proposal.
What we put in front of a panel
Ask and we will provide what applies to your submission.
Client references
Reference contacts at named client organizations, provided with a submission where the client agrees to act as a reference for it.
Registration documents
Company registration and statutory certificates, provided with proposals where the procurement requires them.
Engineer credentials
Certifications and experience of the specific engineers assigned to your project, disclosed in the CVs submitted with each proposal.
Security design documentation
Detailed access model, data flows and control documentation, shared under NDA with the client organization.

Every number on this site carries its basis
A measured outcome and an engineering target are different claims, so we label them differently and never mix them. It is a small discipline that tells you exactly how much weight any figure here will bear.
| Measured Result | A figure observed and verified after deployment. |
|---|---|
| Target | A contractual or technical target the system is engineered to meet. |
| Projected Benefit | An estimate made during planning, not an observed outcome. |
| Design Capacity | The maximum the architecture is designed to support. |
Ready to evaluate us properly?
Ask for the references, documents or technical detail your process needs. We would rather answer a hard question now than after award.
