Online enrollment with student information management, grade encoding, class scheduling, attendance monitoring and academic reporting.
What was implemented
Enrollment week is where a college’s administrative load concentrates. We digitized registration and subject selection for students, and gave faculty and staff the records, scheduling and reporting tools behind it — one system rather than an enrollment tool bolted onto paper records.
Before the project
Enrollment and school administration were manual: registration queues, paper records, schedule conflicts resolved by hand, and grade encoding that was slow to consolidate. The work was error-prone and consumed staff time that peaked exactly when they had least of it.
What ITDC delivered
We delivered an enrollment system and a school management system. Students register, select subjects and track status online; faculty and staff manage records, scheduling, attendance and grades in the same platform, with academic and administrative reporting derived from it.
