How we run an engagement
Scoping & requirements
We work through the actual process — forms, approvals, fees, reporting lines — before proposing a system, and map our response to the TOR where one exists.
Architecture & security design
Data model, integrations, hosting, access control, backup and recovery objectives agreed up front, including Data Privacy Act and records-retention obligations.
Build, pilot, rollout
Phased delivery starting with a pilot office, with training and user documentation part of the rollout.
Support & handover
Post-implementation support, source and documentation handover, and an agreed path for enhancements.
