ELITE Academy Learning Management System

A workforce capability platform centralizing onboarding, role-based learning, certifications, skills tracking and performance evaluation.

Client: Elite Global Sourcing Phil. Inc. Sector: Private sector & enterprise
Project overview

What was implemented

Training was happening, but nobody could answer what a given employee was actually qualified to do. We built a learning management system that centralizes training and certification and, more importantly, makes workforce readiness visible as data rather than as a set of spreadsheets.

The challenge

Before the project

The client needed a central platform for onboarding, role-based learning, certifications and employee development. Without one, training records were scattered, certification expiry was tracked manually, and there was no reliable view of skills or training progress across the workforce — which made staffing decisions guesswork.

Our solution

What ITDC delivered

We developed ELITE Academy, a customized learning management system that centralizes employee training, certifications, skills tracking and performance evaluation on one scalable platform, delivered with three years of support and maintenance.

Key features

What the system does

Onboarding and role-based learning

Learning paths assigned by role, so new staff get the right curriculum automatically.

Certifications and assessments

Certification issuance and assessment, with status tracked per employee.

Skills and competency tracking

Competency recorded against the individual and reportable across the workforce.

Reviews and evaluations

Performance review and evaluation tied to the learning record.

Course and content management

Course authoring, content management and versioning.

Gamification and progress tracking

Progress tracking with gamification, plus notifications and feedback.

Technical architecture

How it fits together

A layer-level view. We do not publish hostnames, addresses, credentials, firewall rules or topology detail for systems in production.

Roles, learning paths and competencies modelled with the client’s HR function.

02

Platform build

Course management, assessment and certification delivered first.

03

Mobile and adoption

Mobile learning portal released, with gamification and progress tracking to support uptake.

04

Support

Three-year support and maintenance engagement.

Outcomes

What came of it

Each outcome carries the label that describes what kind of claim it is. We never present a target as a measured result — see our claims policy.

Measured Result
Training standardized across the workforce

One curriculum per role replaced locally-managed training.

Measured Result
Competency tracking centralized

Skills and certifications are held in one register rather than per-department records.

Measured Result
Workforce readiness visible

Managers can see readiness and training progress as reportable data.
